Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager at Hooters of Kissimmee West is responsible for managing key operational areas including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere. This role involves assisting the General Manager to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company standards, supporting employee training and development, managing the performance of hourly employees, and handling general business administration tasks like payroll and financial reporting. Candidates should have at least 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience, possess food safety training, and be 21 years or older. Key skills include strong organizational, operational, and coaching abilities, as well as proficiency in customer service and hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast paced environment
- Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- All applicants must have a valid ServSafe alcohol certification

- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
