Job Summary
Restaurant Manager in a full-time permanent role overseeing KRAs: food, service, cleanliness standards, sales and profit targets, and people leadership. Responsibilities include training and developing store team, maintaining operating systems compliance with government and legal requirements, financial analysis (P&L), and business planning/presentation/reporting. Requires high school education, at least 2 years of team-leader experience in food/retail quality, high energy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and MS Office proficiency. Immediate placement; must be authorized to work in the USA; vaccination against COVID-19 required with accommodations considered where lawful.
Required Qualifications
- Completed high school education
- At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader in charge of service/product quality standards in a food or retail industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Authorized to work in the USA
