Job Summary
Restaurant Manager to lead the Dunkin’ team with strong, positive leadership to deliver guest experiences, maintain operational excellence, and drive profitable top-line sales. Responsible for overall restaurant operation per Dunkin’ and franchisee standards, compliant with laws. Key duties include hiring, training, developing staff; setting expectations and evaluating performance; ensuring guest-first culture and appropriate staffing; enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; executing brand standards, audits, and system improvements; driving promotions, product rollouts, and marketing in-store; setting and tracking sales goals; and managing costs to maximize profitability. Requires English fluency, financial acumen, supervisory experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
