Job Summary
Oversee daily food and beverage operations within the club's restaurant, ensuring adherence to service standards and safety guidelines while actively participating in service during low and high-volume periods. Directly supervise service staff to maintain consistent quality, execute member and guest orders, and manage opening and closing procedures for all shifts. Inspect room cleanliness and setup, document shift logs, and complete daily assignments including restocking and maintaining sanitary work areas. Uphold Invited's service training program by assisting with incentive programs, attending weekly service trainings, and promoting safe working practices. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the al carte menu, liquor selection, and all required food and beverage certifications.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant or club-related field within the food & beverage industry
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Must be able to work weekends and/or holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred certifications: ServeSafe Food Handlers' Certificate, ABC Certification, and CPR Certification
- Completion of all food & beverage online training modules: Service Training, Host Training, Bartender Training, Server Assistant Training, Banquet Server Training, Beverage Cart Attendant Training, Kitchen, Employee Training, F&B Refresh Training, Culinary Safety, Food Safety, and Alcohol Safety
