Job Summary

Lead the In-Room Dining team to deliver exceptional luxury service aligned with Forbes Five-Star and Leading Quality Assurance standards through visible leadership, coaching, and succession planning. Oversee all operations including breakfast, all-day dining, overnight service, amenities, VIP deliveries, and special requests while ensuring food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety protocols. Drive guest experience by monitoring feedback, conducting quality audits, resolving concerns, and implementing continuous improvements. Manage financial and operational performance by overseeing labour, payroll, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and revenue generation to achieve departmental goals. Champion operational excellence through regular inspections, team briefings, and process enhancements. Requires minimum five years of progressive F&B leadership experience with three years in a luxury hotel management role. Competitive salary of $81,000-$83,000 annually.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience
  • 3 years in a management role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant
  • ProServe Certification required
  • Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing In-Room Dining, Restaurant or Luxury Hotel Food & Beverage operations preferred
  • Knowledge of Forbes Five-Star and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards
  • experience in a Forbes-rated property is an asset
  • Proven leadership with the ability to coach, develop and inspire high-performing teams
  • Strong financial knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, labour management and cost control
  • Excellent knowledge of luxury food and beverage service, including wine, spirits, VIP service and guest recovery
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • experience with Silverware POS, Opera PMS or similar hospitality systems is an asset
  • post-secondary education in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
