Job Summary
Restaurant Manager at IHOP responsible for building and leading a team of hourly staff to deliver a memorable guest experience, drive sales and profitability through operational excellence, manage food storage and inventories, and control food and labor costs. Role requires developing talent, scheduling, P&L oversight, adherence to safety and sanitation procedures, and ensuring high-quality guest service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate has 2-5 years of management experience, prefers a degree in Business Management or related field, and may have Serve Safe certification.
Required Qualifications
