Job Summary
Restaurant Manager directs daily hotel F&B operations across multiple outlets (Andiamo Restaurant, Cafe Mercato, and a sports-themed bar) to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include guiding service standards, product quality and management, outlet operations, enforcing policies and procedures, and facilitating meetings; develop and monitor team performance through training, supervision, coaching, evaluations, and recognition. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards; sustain guest satisfaction by addressing issues and driving improvements. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years F&B supervisory experience
- high volume environment experience
