Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for delivering the Hungry Jack’s “Guest Obsessed” values in a high-volume restaurant, leading a team to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities include creating a high-performance culture, managing P&L, coaching and mentoring staff, ensuring a safe working environment, executing business planning to build the brand, and participating in training and career development opportunities. Must be capable of working a mix of days, nights and weekends; a National Police Check is required.
