Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations as an Hourly Restaurant Manager in a part-time role. Lead the FOH team during shifts to ensure smooth service and outstanding guest experiences, promote RHG service standards, and uphold hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency. Develop team members, enforce proper seating, serving, and guest-interaction procedures, and serve as the on-shift problem-solver for guest concerns. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and health-and-safety compliance; drive opening/closing duties, end-of-shift reporting, and set the team up for success. Foster a collaborative, respectful work environment with opportunities for growth. Requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant setting or 3+ years as a shift lead
