Job Summary
Oversees operations of a Taco Bell unit as Restaurant General Manager, leads staff, and drives profitable operation by maintaining cleanliness, hospitality, food quality, and speed of service. Directly performs hands-on operational work to train employees, respond to guest needs, and role model proper behaviors. Responsible for cost control (food, labor, cash), staffing, performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and the AGM, hiring processes, coaching and developing the team, ensuring sanitation and regulatory compliance, maintaining safety, and coordinating maintenance. Measures success via sales performance, core metrics, and food safety audits; requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, communication, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old or older.
- High school diploma or GED is required, Undergraduate degree preferred.
