Restaurant Manager - Hourly (Greenwood Mall)

Coordinate and direct restaurant activities during shifts based on guest traffic flow, while monitoring sales, employee hours, and guest counts to ensure proper staffing. Direct hourly employees to fulfill job duties, coach them on guest service skills and cycles, and interact with guests inquiring about food and service. Monitor break procedures for compliance with regulations, complete shift walk-throughs including temperature checklists, and establish security protocols for guest and facility safety. Provide regular training, manage timely financial reporting for payroll and accounts, and recognize employee achievements. Requires high school diploma, one year of shift leadership experience, and strong organizational and computer skills. Offers medical, dental, vision coverage, and paid vacation.
