Job Summary
Oversees and coordinates restaurant activities during shifts, supervises hourly staff to fulfill duties, coaches on guest service and service cycles, engages with guests, ensures breaks comply with regulations, conducts shift walk-throughs and temperature checks, enforces security and safety protocols, provides regular training and performance feedback to managers and employees, and ensures timely completion of payroll and financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- One or more years of experience as an hourly restaurant shift leader/coordinator.
- Excellent organizational and communications skills, both verbally and written.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative when appropriate.
- Motivated self-starter.
