Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities include hiring/firing and staff discipline, scheduling and payroll, inventory management, ensuring adherence to Geronimo recipes and standards, maintaining effective cash handling, and developing team members through training and performance improvement to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- current Food Manager Certification
- U.S. Work Authorization
- knowledge of service and food and beverage with at least three years of front-of-house/back-of-house operations and/or assistant management positions
