Job Summary
Drive restaurant team to define clear strategies for excellent dining experiences, partnering with senior leadership to review operational issues daily. Oversee all dining rooms and kitchens while maintaining health and safety standards and accurate POS documentation. Monitor success against bottom line, manage inventory and financial reports, and guide promotions to achieve seasonal profit plans and sanitation scores. Build client relationships, enforce policies, and collaborate with HR on training and performance management. Communicate daily with management on scheduling, P&L, and employee issues, acting as a liaison to other departments. Requires standing, bending, and lifting 35 pounds with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Track record achieving results across multiple businesses
- History of leading, motivating, and coaching teams
- Advanced financial knowledge and analytical skills, including restaurant profit and loss analysis experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to thoughtfully advise, counsel, coach, resolve conflict, and negotiate within all levels of an organization
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
- Ability to stand
- Ability to bend
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
