Job Summary
Deliver the Perfect Guest Experience by ensuring food quality meets Swiss Chalet and Harvey's established standards and plating specifications. Support fellow Managers in controlling costs, building sales, and managing overall P&L while participating in local restaurant marketing as needed. Develop Associates at all levels through coaching, training, and one-on-one discussions while following all brand standards outlined by the GM and Recipe. This hands-on leader role involves helping wherever necessary to ensure the overall success of the restaurant, creating connections to energize the team, and serving Canada's best-tasting chicken and hamburgers.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of restaurant supervising experience
- Food Service/Hospitality Experience
- 2 years experience
Desired Qualifications
- Previous supervising or management experience is an asset
- Candidates must be able to create connections, go above and beyond, have fun as a team, and energize others
