Job Summary
FOH restaurant manager to oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple concepts, with responsibilities including hiring/training staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, coordinating with HR and accounting on invoicing and payroll, managing orders and menus, handling payments and refunds, proficiency with Toast POS and OpenTable, and overseeing scheduling, health inspections, and compliance with liquor regulations. Must manage inventory and work with third-party delivery apps (Doordash, UberEats, Caviar, Postmates, Grubhub); provide leadership to grow the brand in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Hours range 9:00am–4:00am (Mon–Sun) with additional hours as needed; strong communication, time management, and customer-service orientation required.
