Job Summary
Restaurant Manager needed at Crawford's Genuine inside RDU airport to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage reservations and seating, uphold service standards, control costs, ensure health/safety compliance, and drive profitability. Responsibilities include team management, coaching, scheduling, customer service excellence, inventory and procurement coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requirements include proven leadership in restaurant operations, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and airport/hospitality experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and best practices
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
