Job Summary
Restaurant Manager oversees front-of-house food and beverage operations for the Grand Gardner Hotel, including the restaurant, bar, banquet service, and in-room dining. The role hires, trains, schedules, and develops staff while ensuring adherence to service and appearance standards, drives guest service excellence, and collaborates with Culinary and Catering teams to support operational goals and elevate the guest dining experience. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, service-driven hospitality leader with strong communication, organizational, and team-development skills. A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B operations is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and standard restaurant equipment is expected, along with the ability to manage staff, guest interactions, and high-volume service environments. The role requires the physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, move quickly to meet guest needs, and work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in a boutique or full-service hotel is advantageous.
