Job Summary
Manage food production and operate the Back-of-the-House using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and company systems to ensure quality food, recipes, and cleanliness standards for guests. As part of the restaurant operations management team, oversee the restaurant's overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor. Coordinate the open kitchen environment serving hundreds of guests from a 140-item buffet bar while maintaining a chaotic, energetic atmosphere. Complete Golden Corral's paid 8-week management training program, which may require travel. Required Qualifications
