Job Summary
Oversee, direct, and coordinate restaurant operations at Giuseppi's Hilton Head, including training and leadership of staff to achieve objectives in sales, service quality, food quality, sanitation, and guest satisfaction. Manage cash handling, payroll, inventory, scheduling, hiring, and disciplinary actions; ensure adherence to restaurant policies, health and safety regulations, and company standards; coordinate with team to deliver responsive, friendly service and consistent food preparation in line with recipes and standards; forecast staffing and supply needs based on activity, and maintain documentation and reporting for daily cash, forms, and schedules.
