Job Summary
Oversee all operational aspects during your shift, including cost control, inventory management, food quality, cash handling, food safety, and customer relations. Manage a team of 3 to 15 employees while upholding company policies and grooming standards. Maintain a clean driving record with a reliable, insured vehicle for delivery duties. Work a flexible schedule involving night, day, weekend, and evening shifts. Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and motor vehicle record checks. Advance to roles such as Area Supervisor, Field Trainer, or Operations Director. Join a franchise model where over 90% of owners started as delivery drivers.
Required Qualifications
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Must pass a Background Check
- Must be able to work a mixture of night and day shifts as well as most weekend days or evenings
- You must be at least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant management is preferred but not required; those with no dominos and/or pizza experience will enter as an Assistant Manager/Manager in Training
