Job Summary
Oversee all shift operations including cost control, inventory management, food quality, cash handling, food safety, and customer relations while managing a team of 3 to 15 employees. Uphold company policies and grooming standards, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure safe driving practices with a clean motor vehicle record. Access to a reliable, insured vehicle is required. Candidates must pass a background check and be available for night, day, weekend, and evening shifts. Must be at least 18 years old. Compensation includes a base salary, bi-weekly performance bonuses, and an executive plan.
Required Qualifications
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Must pass a Background Check
- Must be able to work a mixture of night and day shifts as well as most weekend days or evenings
- You must be at least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant management is preferred but not required; those with no dominos and/or pizza experience will enter as an Assistant Manager/Manager in Training
