Job Summary
Oversee all shift operations including cost, inventory, food quality, cash, and food safety while managing a staff of 3 to 15 employees. Uphold company policies and grooming standards, maintain a clean driving record with a reliable insured vehicle, and pass required background and motor vehicle record checks. Work a mixture of night, day, weekend, and evening shifts. Compensation includes an annual salary of $46,300, bi-weekly performance bonuses, an executive bonus plan for franchising or retirement with 100% company match, and comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
Required Qualifications
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Must pass a Background Check
- Must be able to work a mixture of night and day shifts as well as most weekend days or evenings
- You must be at least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant management is preferred but not required; those with no dominos and/or pizza experience will enter as an Assistant Manager/Manager in Training
