Job Summary
Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at Loretta on Cuba Street, overseeing brunch, lunch, and dinner services with a calm, confident presence. You will coach and develop a strong FOH leadership group, ensure smooth service and clear communication between FOH and kitchen, collaborate on rostering, performance, and cost management, and drive weekly huddles and one-on-one coaching. Build business knowledge through P&Ls, forecasting, and prime cost control in a high-energy, people-first hospitality environment built on warmth, generosity, craft, and memorable guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- A current LCQ and Duty Manager's Certificate (or willingness to renew)
