Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage the P&L, and coach the team while maintaining quality standards and adhering to procedures. Get hands-on on the line to deliver food at the highest quality in the shortest time, ensuring all procedures are followed. Demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced environment by driving sales strategies, managing inventory, and meeting KPIs through strong financial acumen and customer service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, ideally leading medium to large frontline team/s
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
- Experience with rostering, inventory management and reviewing budgets
- Previous success in meeting KPI's
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
