Job Summary
Restaurant Manager for a fine-dining outlet in Kuwait City responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, driving guest experiences, and managing revenue targets. Responsibilities include staff training, inventory and cost controls, adherence to health and safety regulations, menu execution with the culinary team, upselling and promotions, guest feedback resolution, performance reporting, and coaching of team members to maintain brand SOPs and standards. Requirements include a Bachelor’s level degree (preferred), at least 5 years in fine-dining restaurant management, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of food safety, and proficiency in POS/restaurant management software; fluency in English with Arabic a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in fine-dining restaurant management
- Proven track record of managing a high-performing team and achieving financial targets
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with POS and restaurant management software
