Job Summary
Part-time Casino Dealer at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in California responsible for dealing Blackjack, Mini-Baccarat, and other table games in accordance with company policies and gaming regulations. Provides excellent customer service, manages player transactions, and maintains a professional atmosphere. Requires appropriate gaming licensure and knowledge of house procedures; training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Proven knowledge, training and/or experience on the assigned game
- Basic knowledge of all current house procedures
- Appropriate Licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Team Members
- Mathematical skills including probability, statistics, fractions, percentages, ratios
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
