Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations at Guzman y Gomez, leading and coaching the team, and managing the restaurant’s P&L. Must maintain high quality standards, adhere to procedures, deliver strong customer service, and drive KPI performance. Looking for leadership and financial acumen to identify sales and operational improvements, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate staff and ensure Great Guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting KPI’s
- Proven customer service excellence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in coaching and training teams
- Restaurant operations knowledge including rosters and procedures
