Job Summary
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations at Elix hotel, ensuring all SOPs are met and stock inventory is controlled. Supervise F&B associates through continuous training, motivation, and shift handovers while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. Maximize revenue and reduce costs based on established budgets, participate in weekly operational meetings, and handle guest complaints to maximize satisfaction. Execute conferences and events, participate in service when necessary, and ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service staff. Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in an equivalent 5* hotel or high-volume restaurant
- Experience in leading teams
- Good knowledge in POS Systems
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent knowledge of food, wines & spirits
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably graduate of Hospitality and Tourism School
