Job Summary
Greet, escort, and thank guests while taking food and beverage orders and retrieving drinks according to high service standards. Process payments efficiently, maintain proper cash handling and security protocols, and ensure guest information confidentiality. Create excellent dining experiences, assist in maintaining the restaurant space and equipment, and support management in fostering team culture through mentorship. This role requires Saturday, Sunday, and Monday AM/PM availability plus holiday coverage. The candidate must have two years of server experience and one year of supervisory experience, with knowledge of TOAST and OpenTable systems.
