Job Summary
Lead department-level restaurant operations by modeling leadership grounded in core values to drive sustained sales and profit growth. Manage high-volume upscale or high-end resort dining environments with a focus on culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service. Develop and mentor teams while ensuring consistent execution through established systems, methods, and procedures. Requires minimum two years of current salaried management experience.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years, current, salaried management experience in a high- volume upscale restaurant or high end resort restaurant
- Proven ability to develop team
- Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
