Restaurant Manager

Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant while creating and maintaining a food and beverage budget. Hire, train, and manage employees, conducting periodic performance reviews to ensure staff reflect high standards. Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service and adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations. Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management and develop marketing efforts and community events. Requires a high school diploma/GED, previous restaurant management experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS software.
