Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for recruiting and developing store team, implementing operational standards for quality service and cleanliness, achieving sales and profitability goals, and managing full P&L. Provides leadership to Shift Leaders/Assistant Manager and store team; oversees customer experience, staff training, scheduling, purchasing, and facilities maintenance. Requires leadership, guest focus, target-driven mindset, problem solving, and ability to manage a team in a fast-paced food-service environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required
- Food Safety, Serve Safe Certification
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- One to lift 30 to 50 pounds and use of motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
