Job Summary
General Manager for a Dunkin’ franchise is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading and developing the restaurant team, ensuring brand standards and franchise policies are followed, driving guest satisfaction and store profitability, managing inventory and labor scheduling, handling cash with franchise policies, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and collaborating with the Dunkin Brands Field Operations team to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or convenience store environment
- Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management tools
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Basic math and financial management
- College Degree preferred
