Job Summary
Oversee daily Dunkin’ restaurant operations at Hollins location with a focus on delivering guest-first service, maintaining brand standards, and driving profitability. Lead, hire, train, and develop team members; set performance expectations; coach and discipline as needed. Ensure safe, sanitary, compliant operations, execute in-restaurant promotions and new product rollouts, manage staffing to meet guest service goals, monitor financials, and drive continuous improvements across production, productivity, and quality. Utilize strong leadership to build a high-performing team, interpret reports, and align team efforts with brand and franchisee standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- At least 18 years of age
