Job Summary
Manage the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin' Donuts standards, ensuring brand standards and systems are executed while holding guests as the highest priority. Foster a respectful team environment by providing coaching, resolving concerns, and hiring, training, and developing staff to meet business needs. Drive profitability through effective execution of marketing initiatives and controlling labor and food costs, while analyzing results to set and achieve goals. Complete all required training including ServSafe® certification and ensure the safety and security of team and guests through preventative maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English)
- Math and financial management
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
- High school diploma
