Job Summary
Manage the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin' Donuts standards, prioritizing guest satisfaction and brand execution. Hire, train, and develop team members while planning staffing levels to meet business needs. Drive sales through marketing initiatives and control labor and food costs to ensure profitability. Complete required training including ServSafe® certification and analyze business results to set and achieve goals. Delegate processes to control expenses and maintain safety and security through preventative maintenance and cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- At least 19 years of age (where applicable)
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
