Job Summary
Restaurant Manager role leading the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences through employee development, coaching, and adherence to operational standards. Responsibilities include on-boarding and training new associates, maintaining staffing levels, accountable cash handling, driving customer satisfaction via feedback programs, controlling food costs and inventory, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and supporting P&L targets. The role emphasizes leadership, performance coaching, community engagement, and ensuring adherence to company standards and health regulations, with flexibility to cover opening, mid, and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certification
- MIT program for internal candidates or equivalent experience
- 1 year external experience in similar role preferred
- 6 months Donatos experience preferred for internal candidates
- ability to work opening/mid/closing shifts and weekends/holidays
