Job Summary
Lead and coach a high-performing team while recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining employees. Deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales, profitability, labor, and food cost performance. Ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and company standards by completing operational, inventory, and administrative duties. Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred
