Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations and staff, ensuring high-quality service and efficient daily workflows. Oversee financial statements and contributing factors while maintaining strong communication with team members. Solve problems quickly and handle day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as schedules are rotated. Required Qualifications
