Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager oversees the operations of the restaurant, including supervising approximately 15-20 crew members, ensuring adherence to service and quality standards, and managing employee retention and selection. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, improving operational performance, and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective service. Candidates must have at least 2 years of management experience in a related field, Food Safety Manager certification, and be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift a tray weighing up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk during a 10 to 12 hour shift
