Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager at Hooters will manage key operational areas including Hospitality, Guest Satisfaction, Safety, Cleanliness, and Atmosphere. Responsibilities involve supporting the General Manager in efficient operations, managing performance of Front of House employees, assisting in payroll and human resources, promoting business growth, and building guest satisfaction. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, have over 2 years of restaurant management experience, and complete food safety training. A valid ServSafe alcohol certification is required for beverage service positions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast paced environment
- Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification

- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- General knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry

Additional Requirements
