Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing various operational areas, including hospitality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety. The role includes assisting the General Manager in ensuring efficient operations, vendor management, employee hiring, training, and performance management. Strong leadership, customer service, financial acumen, and compliance with safety protocols are essential. The candidate should have experience in the food and beverage industry, strong organizational and planning skills, and must be 21 or older with a valid ServSafe certification.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification

Additional Requirements

  • All applicants applying for a position involved in the service of alcoholic beverages must have a valid ServSafe alcohol certification
  • Applicants must have any other legally required certification prior to beginning work to be eligible to work for Hooters
  • The applicant will not be compensated for the completion of any training required to get the required certification
