Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and drink presentation. This role involves performance management, hiring talent, and training restaurant employees. Key responsibilities include ensuring food safety, managing vendor relationships, scheduling, and planning. Candidates must have at least 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and be 21 or older. Strong operational and coaching skills are required, along with certifications in food safety and alcohol service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast paced environment
- Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- All applicants must have a valid ServSafe alcohol certification and any other legally required certification prior to beginning work

Additional Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
