Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing areas including hospitality, guest satisfaction, and safety. Key responsibilities include hiring and retaining talent, team performance management, and ensuring food, beverage quality, and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong operational and coaching skills, strategic planning, and financial management skills including inventory control and P&L. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast paced environment
- Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- All applicants must have a valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- Any other legally required certification prior to beginning work
