Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager at Hooters is responsible for managing various operational areas including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and drink presentation. Key duties include assisting the General Manager in operations, training and developing staff, managing performance of hourly employees, and conducting general business administration tasks. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, at least two years of full-service restaurant management experience, and completed food safety training. Essential skills include strong operational, coaching, and communication abilities, alongside basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast paced environment
- Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
