Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing key operational areas including hospitality, guest satisfaction, drink presentation and atmosphere. This role involves assisting the General Manager with efficient operation of the restaurant, ensuring proper vendor relations, and overseeing employee performance and training. The position requires strong leadership and coaching skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage financial responsibilities such as P&L and inventory control. Candidates must have a high school diploma, a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience, and completed food safety training. The role demands excellent organization, planning skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast paced environment
- Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older

- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- General knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry
