Job Summary
Restaurant/Operations Manager leads hourly team members to exceed guest expectations, demonstrates proactive leadership to ensure positive staff and guest experiences, recruits, hires, coaches, trains, and develops staff, and oversees all aspects of the business from minor details to the big picture. The role requires managing cost of goods sold and labor, maintaining high-quality and timely results, and Living our core values while collaborating with the management team in a fast-paced, noisy environment with flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays. Required Qualifications
