Job Summary
Oversee restaurant operations and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced, multi-brand restaurant environment. Develop and execute strategies to optimize guest service, coaching, recruiting, hiring, training, and professional development, while managing COGS and labor costs and ensuring adherence to operating standards. Demonstrate proactive leadership through personal interactions with staff and guests, maintain a strong focus on recruiting, coaching, and ongoing staff development, and align with core values to achieve high-quality, timely results. Requires the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays in Salt Lake City, UT; goal-oriented leadership across a high-volume setting with a visible emphasis on guest experience and team performance.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
- Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
- Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- True leadership capabilities
- The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
