Job Summary
Lead front-of-house team at a high-end, modern Spanish restaurant in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Drive exemplary service, guest relations, and a positive floor culture while overseeing daily operations and financials. Responsibilities include mentoring servers, bartenders, sommeliers, hosts, and support staff; managing labor costs and beverage margins; ensuring compliance with health/safety standards; hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff; and leveraging POS, scheduling, and P&L tools to optimize performance. Requirements include 3-5 years of restaurant management in upscale settings, a stable job history, the ability to lead a large team, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years restaurant management experience in a high-volume, upscale, or fine-dining environment
